New Function added to the EA

Some improvement to the EA.

As the account will increase in balance slowly with Profit and Donation.

I have added a new function - Auto Lots. It will check on the Balance and auto calculate the Lots to be open for orders. This will make the EA to be even more pro-actively react on the trades without any human's control.

Do comment to see if there is any functions to be added and I will see to the possibilities.
